Tube  Straightening Machine

The demand for tubes with higher degree of accuracy and greater degree of straightness free of ripples and markings are high in the industries. For this purpose Micron offers various range of tube straightening machines.

The tube straightening machine is working on a well known rotary principle therefore it allows the tube to be straightened in a perfect shape. To fulfill this requirement Micron offers two types of straightening machine with 6 rolls and 10 roll design with an accuracy of 0.3mm per 3 meter and 0.2mm per 3 meter respectively.
Main Drive
It consist of a totally enclosed self lubricated gear boxes, each having three/five output shafts which connected by the universal joints. Electric Motor been connects the input shaft through Vee Belt..
Rolls

Rolls are made from hardened alloly steel, hyperbolic profile - ground and lapped to a very high degree of finish to five perfect straightness and good surface finish.

Since it has been designed in a hyperbolic profile it bond to accept the widest range of tube diameters.
Controls

Controls and mounted on to the machine with high accuracy electrical equipments including all standard features.

Machine Features

  • Both upper and lower side rolls are driven by two individual motors
